Started off with the northern loop of the Conti trail. Got quite wet across the top due to some very deep puddles and then struggled through the gloop at the top of the Bont Goch climb.

Then did part of the Summit trail, down the Mark of Zorro and the new berms and then up the leg burner. The cold got to me and halfway up the leg burner it became one hill too far so rather than finishing off with the loop to the visitor centre I headed back to Pendam and home.

A nice day despite the cold and wintry showers. Just need some more fitness!
